Do’s
• All drivers must read/sign a rental agreement and must be 25 years or older
• Only persons listed on the rental agreement are allowed to operate the golf cart. Additional driver is $10.00 per driver
• Driver must have a valid driver’s license and produce at the time of signing the rental agreement
• Driver must adhere to the traffic laws of The Bahamas while operating our golf carts.
• Driver must be vigilant at all times and operate golf carts with caution and care.
• Return the cart at agreed upon time to the rental company/agent
-Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your security deposit and late fees after a 15-minute grace period.
• Do contact us at least one hour in advance should you want to extend your rental. Extensions are to be approved in advance.
• Do return all items that were given to you along with your rental
-Charging cord, 25ft extension cord, keys, and fire extinguisher. Failure to return will result in the renter being charged to replace the unreturned item(s) at full market value. Charging Port-$250.00, Extension Cord-$30.00, Fire Extinguisher-$50.00, Key replacement-$100.00
• Report any accident/damage immediately to the company/agent. If the cart is damaged to the extent that it is unrepairable, the renter will be responsible for replacing the cart at market value- Four seaters for $21,500.00 and 6 seaters for $23,000.00

Don’t’s
• No drinking and driving (See Bahamas Road Traffic Act)
• No use of mobile phones, cameras, iPads, computers, or any electronics that may impair driving.
• Our LSV golf carts are not to be driven on highways-Please operate carts in gated communities, Paradise Island, Bay Street, East Bay Street, West Bay Street, paved streets
• Our LSV golf carts are not to be driven on the beach/sand
• Do not leave any personal items in your golf cart when returning. We will not be responsible for items left in the cart
Lost Prevention and Charges
• Lost key replacement-$100.00
• Rim damage-$250.00 (per rim)
• Tire damage-$150.00 (per tire)
• Golf Cart Bodily Damage-Starts at $200.00
• Upholstery Damage-Starts at $150.00
• Charging cord replacement-$250.00
• 25ft Extension Cord replacement-$30.00
• Fire Extinguisher Replacement-$50.00
• Renters are given a 15-minute grace period to return the cart after the agreed-upon return time. A $200.00 security deposit will be forfeited if the cart is not returned one hour after this time. The rental company will then report the cart stolen to local authorities.
